Fans will be able to enjoy another series of 'Welcome to Wrexham' after it was confirmed the series will be renewed for a fifth series. Another docuseries produced by Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds is also in the works and set to launch. Nexaca will follow the fortunes of the Liga MX club which the Hollywood duo are also involved with, along with Eva Longoria.

The Wrexham documentary has been a huge hit and remains extremely popular across the globe. On the pitch the team have also been making strides and secured promotion to the Championship last season. The team's success means Phil Parkinson's side are now just one step below the promising land of the Premier League.

Wrexham will play Championship football next following their back-to-back-to-back promotions. Ahead of the start of the campaign, they will head to Australia and New Zealand for a pre-season tour and friendly fixtures against Melbourne Victory, Sydney FC and Wellington Phoenix.
