The Rossoneri saw their American forward net another impressive goal in his latest Serie A outing – with Pulisic restoring parity during their trip to Fiorentina when making perfect contact with a controlled volley. That effort arrived on the hour mark, but Milan went on to lose the game 2-1.

They had opportunities to claim all three points, before being reduced to 10 men late on, with Theo Hernandez and Tammy Abraham missing penalties either side of half-time. Former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea repelled both of those efforts.
GettyWHAT FONSECA SAID
Pulisic is supposed to be the man that steps up to the spot for Milan, with Fonsesa telling reporters afterwards of seeing his squad make big calls among themselves: “Our penalty taker is Pulisic, I don't know why the players changed their minds. I spoke to him and said that it must not happen again.”
WHAT NEXT?
Fonseca described the spot-kick saga as a “circus”, with his Milan side being made to look slightly clownish. Pulisic successfully converted from 12 yards during a 4-0 win over Venezia in September and will likely step up again the next time that the Rossoneri are awarded a penalty.
